Mollie briefly explained

Mollie is one of Europe’s fastest growing fintech companies. We provide a simple and clear payment API, that enables webshops, platforms and app builders to implement various payment methods in one go.

Tinkering, disruption, and inclusivity are Mollie core values. In the first few years of existence, Mollie was a developer-only endeavour, and 14 years later devs and techs still comprise roughly 35% of all staff. As a natural consequence, a lot of things that enterprise businesses or pretend-to-be-start-ups are trying too hard to mimic, come quite natural to Mollie.

Job description

As a result Mollie will be subject to new and specific regulations, guidelines and market best practices. In the meantime, it is important to ensure that Mollie continues to comply with its licensing requirements, policies, and prevailing laws, regulations and procedures.

In order to determine whether Mollie acts in compliance with the requirements as stated above, it is your primary responsibility to conduct periodic monitoring activities based on a predefined compliance program and to subsequently translate the results of these monitoring activities in sound management information reports.
